1. On the 2nd Dec my Husband needed to go to Netcare Margate hospital after a fall he had on the 1st Dec 2023. He was attended to by various Nurses sisters and Doctors. Who admitted him to Highcare as there was no bed in ICU. After 5 days in Highcare Dr Rautenbach needed to do an operation on Nick urgently. Our chances were not looking good. My husband survived due to Dr Rautenbach's committment. By Now he was in ICU. A week later Dr Rautenbach needed to operate again.. Again our chance's of survival were not good..Again due to Dr Rautenbach and my Husbands will to survive, he pulled through. Whilst all this was happening we had Dr Lourens taking care of my Husbands leg.. On the 4th Day in Highcare my husband had Kidney failure heart failure water on the lungs septecimia and an injured leg due to his fall on the 1st Dec. On the 3rd January 2024 he returned home. Still very ill weak and walking with a walker... I can honestly say ive never had such impeccable service in a Hospital. The Sisters and Nurses in the Highcare and ICU were the most caring dedicated people ive had the privilege of meeting
DR RAUTENBACH thankyou you are a dedicated man and due to your Dedication my Husband is alive. Dr Lourens what a remarkable caring dedicated man. Due to you too my Husband is alive. I was sceptical about my husband being in Margate Hospital. I tell you what I WAS WRONG. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart to you all. God Bless each and everyone of you . 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
2. Dr Rautenbach saved my life twice .all the staff right through margate netcare hospital were the best.I have no words to describe.

Doctor, I would just like to convey my thanks and appreciation for the care you have shown. It's a scary thing to face, especially when you think you are bullet proof! It was made a lot easier having full confidence in your surgeon! Thank you and God bless!
