What an amazing Dr with a friendly helpful reception! We had very difficult complicated unusual circumstances, with my quadriplegic daughter. He was up for the challenge, stepped in with his knowledge and expertise to assist us and her immediately. Surely, it was not easy for Dr Rautenbach but he saw it through professionally. If one is already so stressed about a loved one, in a difficult situation, and you experience such wonderful treatment, it really makes a world of difference.
